Every machine has recently been linked with the Wellness System to provide the complete fitness and software support package. The equipment has been supplied by Technogym UK Ltd, one of if not the leading supplier of cardiovascular and resistance equipment in the UK.

Wellness Kiosk

The Wellness Kiosk provides you with computer access for signing in and out during training and to access training data, reports, video and technical information.

Entertainments System

The Wellness Centre offers a wireless entertainment system, with 6 x 32" Plasma screens varied music choices with some cardio equipment offering customised multimedia content.
