Wellness Package

Option 1 £25.00


This package gives you the complete system. A comprehensive Induction on how to use the Technogym equipment efficiently, a one to one consultation and programme that is then linked to your own personal wellness key. It also allocates you to an instructor who then helps to monitor you progress and training.

Option 2 £15.00

This package offers the comprehensive Induction on how to use the Technogym equipment efficiently, provides you with the wellness key for access and the ability to monitor you own training and progress. The key has a general programme to work from but is not specifically tailored to the client.

Option 3 £7.50

This package provides you with the wellness key for access and the ability to monitor you own training and progress. The key has a general programme to work from but is not specifically tailored to the client.

Option 4 £5.00

Deposit on entry (conference users only)
This provides you with the wellness key for access to the Wellness Centre for the duration of your session only. This has restricted times and is only available to conference visitors staying on campus. The times available are 12-2pm and 
7-9pm Monday through to Friday.
