Terms & Conditions

1. Payment

There are options to pay either with cash, by cheque, credit card or direct debit. To guarantee your child’s place on Campus Sports please pay the full amount, or return the direct debit form when you return the booking form. Otherwise full payment must be made 10 days prior to the course start date.

2. Cancellation

In the case of cancellation, a 50% refund will be given provided that we are notified in writing at least 3 weeks before the start of the Sports Week. No refund is available thereafter.

3. Insurance

Although we take great care to ensure each child’s safety we cannot accept liability for any personal injury or loss of, or damage to property, however caused. Participants should make their own arrangements for personal injury and effects insurance if they wish to do so.

4. Liability

In the unlikely event of bookings being cancelled by us, all monies received will be returned, but we shall be under no liability whatsoever. In the event of circumstances outside our control e.g. war, threat of war, natural disaster, civil strife, industrial disputes, technical problems or bad weather, we reserve the right to modify or amend arrangements without rendering ourselves liable.

5. Behaviour

We expect all children to behave in a manner that is in the spirit and general enjoyment of the holiday course. Should this not be the case we reserve the right to refuse any child at any time prior to and during the Sports Week.
