Biography

Jo Maltman has many, many years experience of teaching swimming and other water activities both in the US and Wales. Her classes are ever popular as Jo is both fun and motivating and caters for a wide range of abilities.

Jo is also a Personal Trainer and can offer one-to-one aqua therapy and swimming lessons.
