Biography

Lesley is our most experienced Pilates instructor, and a member of the Pilates Institute for Teachers. Known for her exciting and challenging sessions, Lesley is well able to progress you to more advanced levels of Pilates method - with great results on your body.

Lesley is also a qualified aerobics, step and gym instructor, and Personal Trainer, with special qualifications in Ante & Post Natal Care.
