Lewis Chaudhuri

Lewis is a REP’s registered CYQ level 3 Personal  Trainer, Advanced Gym Instructor and Lifeguard here at the Sports Centre.  He specialises in providing functional exercises on a one to one basis. He strongly believes that a balanced diet and physical activity are the foundations of optimum health.’  He is currently studying  exercise for people with specialised controllable medical conditions. Lewis is also a Sports and Exercise Science Undergraduate.

What can you expect from a personal training 1to1 session with Lewis?

“Your first session will consist of a physical and lifestyle screening. This includes Diet. It’s important to know what’s going on before and after your visit to the Sports Centre, otherwise goals don’t materialise.” “Then from session two, we get physical! Prioritising functional strength and endurance exercises that will not only challenge you but will improve your quality of life; now, and into your later years.”
