How about a little "you" time? At Aberystwyth we call this "mind, body & soul" - the ability to get involved in an active lifestyle but on your terms. Why this is important to us? We know that the more opportunities we provied you with will benefit you and your studies; and the facilities, clubs and classes available to you will definitely give you an active and healthy university experience for both body and mind.
The following sections have been split into two, with "Body" outlining our gyms, general fitness facilities and finess clubs, which you can get involved in. We understand, it's not all about sweat and hours spent on the exercise machines, "Mind and Soul" looks into ways you can exercise and relax your mind: with information on Yoga, Pilates, Sunbathing, Massage, etc.
