A.  If you are a new first year student you should visit the reception on the Ground Floor of the Student Welcome Centre, and the Admissions department will prepare your letter for you.  If you are a continuing student you need to visit the Student Support reception on the 3^rd Floor of the Student Welcome Centre to request your letter.
