In our workshop we’ll discuss ways of recognising and tackling stress that will help you feel calm, confident and well-prepared to do your best. Being at university can involve many changes – you may have moved away from your hometown and family.  Whom you live with now, whether you have new friends or too few friends, the course not being what you expected may all make life quite difficult at times.

This workshop is about how to develop your resilience to stress so that you can build up a toolkit of resources with which to maintain your mental and physical health throughout university and life in general.

This workshop will also include practical relaxation exercises to help you remain calm, confident and able to make the most of university life.
