Diploma Supplement

The Diploma Supplement is intended to elaborate on a student’s final result. Its purpose is to facilitate the academic and professional recognition of qualifications across Europe and improve international transparency. It is designed to provide a description of level, status, content and context of the studies that were pursued by the student in question. A full transcript of the marks acquired in each module over the entire period of study is also included as part of the Diploma Supplement.

The document is produced by national institutions in accordance with a template developed, tested and refined by the Joint European Commission – Council of Europe – UNESCO working party. The Diploma Supplement will raise the visibility and profile of Aberystwyth University abroad and promote the employability of our graduates at national and international levels.
