Withdrawal Forms
If you have decided to withdraw, for whatever reason, you must complete a Withdrawal Form, these are available from Student Support Services, student-support@aber.ac.uk or telephone 01970 621760 where you can also get personal completely confidential advice and support on all aspects of withdrawing.
The University recognises two types of withdrawal: permanent or temporary. All students withdrawing from University must obtain the signatures of the following University officials:
Assistant Director of Student Support Services(contact details above),
Head of your Department(s)

and if you are taking a Temporary Withdrawal you must also obtain the signature of the
Dean (contact details available here).
Fully completed forms can then be forwarded to the Academic Office for processing on your student record, this can only be done when ALL the signatures required have been obtained.
ALL STUDENTS WITHDRAWING FROM UNIVERSITY FOR WHATEVER REASON SHOULD INFORM THEIR FINANCIAL SPONSORS IMMEDIATELY e.g. LEA and Student Loan Company (if relevant).
