Whatever the Weather Walk

 

 

 

Unmanaged stress can lead to serious health conditions such as heart disease, anxiety and depression. Walking is an effective way to reduce stress. Get your trainers or walking boots and join us for a 20-minute walk on campus! TV star Dr Rhys Jones will also join the walk on the day!!

Meeting Dr Rhys Jones

Dr Rhys Jones, herpetologist, parasitologist, molecular evolutionary biologist, and Distinguished Visiting Fellow at Cardiff University's school of Biosciences as well BBC one's resident wildlife adventurer is giving a talk about his work and his academic experience -referring to his dyslexia, TV programmes and even de-stressing through martial arts- as well making his own book recommendations.
