Biography

Nick is a graduate of Aberystwyth University and joined the Department as a member of staff in 1980. Nick teaches mainly in the areas of Scenography and Technical Theatre as well as Theatre, Administration, Marketing & Management. Nick has a postgraduate qualification in Education Marketing and has responsibility for UG & PG UK and international recruitment, marketing and admissions for the Department. Nick contributes to a number of Departmental and University Committees, has served on the University Council and is a member of Penglais School Governors. For twenty years Nick was also an Auxilliary Coastguard and holds a long service medal; Nick has been in Aberystwyth longer than he cares to remember!

Nick regularly provides presentations, talks and workshops both on behalf of the Department and the University within the UK and Internationally on a range of admissions and subject specific areas.
