Rosser

Rosser is one of the University’s newest Halls, situated on the main Penglais Campus, offering en-suite accommodation in a prime location close to all the Campus amenities. Many of the rooms also command fine views of the town and the bay, which are just ten minutes walk away.

Rosser is within five minutes walk of:

• CK’s food store 
• the bus stop for town
• most academic Departments
• the University Libraries
• the Students’ Union
• Aberystwyth Arts Centre
• the University Sports Centre
• the National Library of Wales.

Communal Facilities

Rosser’s communal facilities are shared with Trefloyne Hall of Residence, and include:

• large lounge
• computer work room
• groups study areas
• vending services
• well-equipped launderette
• parking (limited numbers by permit).

Rosser is popular with those students for whom en-suite accommodation is a priority.

Accommodation

Rosser has single en-suite study bedrooms arranged into self-contained flats with shared kitchens. There are up to eight students in each flat.

Catering

Students in Rosser are self-catering, sharing kitchens in their self-contained flats. Rosser residents tend to shop either at the food store next door to the Campus, or at the larger supermarkets in the town.
