Management Degree - Module Example
MM33120 - Organisational Behaviour
This module builds upon the foundations of management studies laid in your first year of study. You will begin to use them to analyse established theories of how organisations work, and explore current and critical thinking in organisational analysis. How does one design an organisation to be fit for its purpose? Can an understanding of the varied relationships of individuals to the organisation be sued to build and sustain an organisational structure which supports the execution of that purpose? How can change and development in an organisation best be managed? Throughout the module, theoretical concepts will be used to inform the examination of real business practices, making appropriate use of business case examples.
