International Politics Joint Honours Component

In all degrees where International Politics is half of a Joint Honours degree, the structure of that half is as follows:

Year 1 

At least two modules from

• War, Strategy and Intelligence*
• Introduction to International Politics*
• World Politics in the age of the two World Wars*
• Introduction to the Third World in International Politics*
• Politics in Europe
• Revolution and Continuity in Political Philosophy**

Years 2+3

In Years 2+3 (Part 2) of your degree, you will take one of:

• Warfare After Waterloo: Military History 1815 – 1918*
• International Political Theory Today*
• The Third World in International Politics

and another five from a broad range of option modules in International Politics**
