Physics with Business Studies

If you wish to pursue a career in industrial management or the general commercial field then this degree scheme is the ideal choice. It provides you with a sound background in business-related studies together with a firm grounding in physics. The degree is made up from a core of fundamental physics modules comprising some two-thirds of the course (eight modules per year), the remaining one-third is composed of modules from accounting and economics. You can choose which physics modules you take in addition to the compulsory core of essential physics.

In the business studies part of the degree you take specialist modules that address subjects such as resource allocation and market processes, consumers, products and pricing, financial accounting, economics of the firm, the business environment, marketing management, management accounting and finance, marketing strategy, business strategy.
