Physics with Education

BSc F3X3 - 3 years

Students who are thinking of a career in education, or who wish to work in science communication, can combine their interests in this degree scheme. The course consists of  two-thirds physics and one-third education. In the education part of the course there is considerable freedom of choice and you may take modules including: education and contemporary society, the British educational system, media theory, gender and education, multicultural education, and educational psychology. The degree provides an excellent preparation for a postgraduate PGDE.
