Physics with a European Language

BSc F3R1 - 4 years , with French

Europeans can now move to live and work in the different member states of the EU with ease. Physics students who wish to exploit this new mobility can equip themselves with the necessary language skills through these four-year degrees offered at Aberystwyth. All the degrees consist of
approximately two-thirds physics and one-third of the European language. You can choose optional modules in addition to the compulsory physics and spoken, written and business language modules. Your third year is spent abroad, enabling you to fully experience the culture of the country whose language you are studying. During your year abroad, you can continue your study of physics at a host institution in Europe or take a work placement in a laboratory, industrial or technical environment.
