The Application Procedure
When to Apply
Applications are made through UCAS. They can start to process applications for entry in Autumn 2012, from 1 September 2012. The address for correspondence is:
UCAS Application Requests, PO Box 28,
Cheltenham, Glos GL52 3ZA
Telephone +44 (0) 870 112 2200
Email app.req@ucas.ac.uk

Applicants are advised to apply as early as is consistent with having made a careful and considered choice of institutions and courses. It is in the best interests of all applicants to apply before 15 January. UCAS accepts that some applicants, especially from outside the UK, may find this difficult. Late applications are in practice accepted by UCAS throughout the remainder of the applications year. UCAS advise that late applications are considered by institutions at their discretion, and no guarantee can be made that they will be given the same level of consideration as applications received by 15 January. Aberystwyth, however, is prepared to give full consideration to applicants for all courses, irrespective of the timing of the application.
