Question: Can you tell me about Scholarships?

Answer: We have about 40 major Scholarships and over 100 Merit Awards to award annually. These are based on your performance in two, two-hour examination papers, set in over 26 different subjects. The exams can be taken either at your school/college, or here at the University. Entrance Scholarships mean you get an unconditional entry to the University, together with cash for each year you study at Aberystwyth.
