To invite/request the attendance of an Executive member at a meeting or event please contact the relevant Executive Personal Assistant in the Vice-Chancellor's Office, in the first instance. A link to their contact details can be found at the bottom of the page.
Please think about the following questions/information required before getting in touch with the Vice-Chancellor’s Office and please give as much notice as possible of any events/meetings:
- Which Executive member is required? How many Executive members are required?
- What is expected of the Executive member? Are they required to attend/chair or open the event/meeting?
- If chairing/opening, please provide background and full briefing notes
- Please provide as much detail as possible when requesting the attendance of an Executive member to enable a quick response.
