Mrs Rhiannon Elspeth Davies
Working between 9am and 3pm, school term-time only, Rhiannon provides a first point of contact reception service (via telephone, e-mail and face to face) for the Vice Chancellor's Office, welcoming and deal with inquiries from visitors to the VC's office. Rhiannon assists with the organisation of meetings, including arranging venues, travel and provision of hospitality and provides clerical support for the Executive Team and Vice-Chancellor's Office and also assists and supports the management of events led by the Vice-Chancellor's Office (e.g. Graduation, Dinners, Receptions, Award Ceremonies etc).
Prior to taking up her post in the Vice-Chancellor's Office, Rhiannon worked part-time in the Academic Quality and Records Office and she has previously worked in administration at the Citizens Advice Bureau, Cardiff University and the University of Wales Registry, Cardiff, as well as working for a refurbishment & interior design business in Surrey.
