These are subject to availability, but once we have your enquiry, someone will get back to you with availability.
Conference Suites
Below are the options for conference suites. Click on the links below to view the room details & be sure to check the amount of people the rooms can accommodate and the tariffs.
MedRus Conference Centre - Choice of 4 Suites
Visualisation Centre - 1 Executive Boardroom
Gogerddan Suites - Choice of 2 Suites (located few miles from our main campus)
Pantycelyn Suites - Choice of 2 suites
When you come to the enquiry form or making a booking the setup style of the room you choose may vary the amount of people they can accommodate.
Internal Departments - room bookings are not costed if catering is ordered otherwise charges are as follows:
Medrus - £50.00 Half Day / £100.00 Full Day
All other Rooms - £15.00 Half Day / £30.00 Full Day
External bookings - Check room costs as they vary by full/half day bookings and by room.
Facilities & Support
Facilities & Support - are available, from OHPs to large screen computer and video projection facilities and internet access. We can provide you with technical support and access to multi-terminal computer rooms for individual 'hands-on' learning. Most meeting rooms can be serviced with simultaneous translation facilities. Our conference team are expert at helping you plan your visit and offer all levels of assistance including a dedicated event management service.
Catering
Hospitality Menu - Catering is offered to all conference suites. You may choose your catering from this menu. When booking you may choose a time for your catering.
