Once you have booked accommodation with us you will receive confirmation via email or post

Check in begins at 3:00pm & you can collect your keys at the times/places below:

 

Weekdays

Cwrt Mawr Reception: 3:00pm - 5:30pm

Campus Main Reception: After 5:30pm

 

Weekends

Campus Main Reception: Anytime

> If you are arriving by train, a taxi rank is located next to the platform if you would like to travel to campus

> If you require Wi-Fi access please request the details when collecting your keys

> You will also receive a parking permit in your welcome pack or when collecting your keys

 

Rosser Residences

 

Self catered accommodation at Rosser will have the following on guest arrival:

• Bed to be made up with one bath towel and soap.
• Information pack to be located in each kitchen.
• Toilet roll in en-suite (Rosser) and all bathrooms.
• Kitchens to be equipped with pots, pans, cutlery, cups, plates and dishes.
• Tea/coffee/sugar/milk jiggers to be provided in each kitchen.
• Washing up liquid and x1 tea towel.
