Profile
Professor Ian Clark joined the Department in 1998 from the University of Cambridge . He has been the recipient of a Leverhulme Major Research Fellowship 2002-4, and was elected a Fellow of the British Academy in 1999.
He is currently Chair of Research Posts in the British Academy. He now holds an ESRC Professorial Fellowship 2007-10 for his project ‘Legitimacy and Hegemony'.
