Brief description
Through the use of an interactive business game groups of students acting as a board of directors will be required to run a company. The module aims to develop accounting and finance skills, decision-making, communication, and other inter-personal skills.
Having successfully completed the module students will: appreciate the linkage between financial accounting, management accounting and finance and management in general, be able to select appropriate techniques, apply them and interpret the outcomes, identify the borader context in which business decisions are made, and have further developed their decision making and team working skills.
