Brief description
This module includes the theory of chemical and physical preservation methods used for preparing biologiical samples
for electron microscopic investigation. Peculiar problems presented by different tissues are discussed. Finally, by the
investigation of examples, the fundamentals of image interpretation and analysis are studied.
