Aims
The basic aim of this module is to provide students with a deeper understanding and working knowledge of the mathematics they need to work within more sophisticated models of modern analytical analysis.

Objectives
On completion students will:

Understand how and why various mathematical techniques work;
Be able to use and apply those techniques by working with concrete examples and exercises.
