Brief description
Outline syllabus
Systems thinking and systems behaviour, including the systems approach to management; the role of organisational culture in change and the application of chaos theory to organisational behaviour; assessment of user information requirements by questionnaire and interview; principles of soft systems methodologies and structured systems analysis and design; use of rich pictures and charting techniques (including data flow diagrams and decision tables); introduction to project management techniques (CAL tutorial).
