Module description
Following the project dissertation module (PH45010) and the project planning and advanced computing and analysis elements of this module, the student will carry out a project within one of the research groups active in the Department. There will also be an intensive residential course, held at Gregynog at the start of the second semester, organised jointly by the Physics Department in Aberystwyth, Swansea and Cardiff. The course will include sessions on planning a project, communication and self management skills and structured group work on presenting and assessing projects.
