Module description


This student-centred module involves a 4 day field course where selected rural tourism enterprises are critically examined. Field reports on 4 selected rural tourism enterprises are prepared. Students will identify their information requirements through a combination of documentary and interview material.   


The module integrates the core subjects of the first year programme and enables students to study the rural tourism industry at first hand.
