Brief description

An introductory course on the problem of Arthurian origins from different perspectives (literary sources, archaeology, folklore). Its first aims are to point out the importance of the Arthurian legend in the comprehension of relationships between myth, history and folklore in medieval poetry, and to perceive medieval poetry as a complex phenomenon of history of thought which lives thanks to different traditions and ways of transmission of cutlrue (written, oral, clerical, pagan etc.)
