Learning outcomes

In the course of developing specialised knowledge of some aspect of Welsh politics, students will become acquainted with the sources relating to study of Welsh politics and develop their general research skills.

Brief description

This module is for Final Year students only

This module offers students the opportunity to prepare a lengthy dissertation on a specific aspect of contemporary Welsh politics of their choice. After agreeing on the choice of topic with the module coordinator, students will be provided with information on the Welsh Political Archive housed in the National Library of Wales at Aberystwyth. There will also be an opportunity for regular consultation with the module co-ordinator as the paper is researched and written-up.
