After completing this module you will:

the content of strategy at corporate, business and network levels;
the sensitivity of process and content to organisational context;
the dynamic features of business strategy;

Demonstrate a knowledge of effective strategic change and organisational learning;

Recognise the strategic priorities of developing the firm's resources ane capabilities to exploit marketplace opportunities; and,

This module aims to introduce students to several modern approaches to analysing, forming, implementing and evaluating, business and multibusiness strategy.
