Learning outcomes

On completion of this module, students should be able to:

(a) demonstrate the skills necessary to research literature on a particular topic;

(b) identify relevant issues;

(c) critically discuss evidence;

(d) produce coherent, fully referenced essays.

(e) develop a critical, evaluative and analytical approach towards a body of literature.

Aims

This module aims to equip students with the skills to undertake a comprehensive review of literature and to enable them to produce coherent, fully informed extended essays.
