After taking this module students will be able to:

Brief description

Following the project dissertation (PHM5010) and the poject planning and advanced computing and analysis elements of this module, the student will carry out a project within one of the research groups active in the department. There will also be an intensive residential course, held at Gregynog at the start of the semester, organised jointly by the Physics Department in Aberystwyth, Swansea and Cardiff. the course will include sessions on planning a project, communication and self management skills and structured group work on presenting and assessing projects.
