The aim of this module is to give the student a thorough understanding of the financial tools required for small business management including raising finance, preparing information for business plans and financial information to control and manage the business. This module will also focus on raising finance for the business including preparation of business plans, venture capital and understanding and analysing financial statements, budgets and forecasting.
The objectives of the module include the following:
