The House Services division of Residential & Hospitality Services provides a range of in-house services such as portering, cleaning and security support to the academic sector and campus reception and telephony services.

Services in Academic Buildings

These include opening and closing of buildings, cleaning, portering, waste disposal, procurement of furniture and related services.

Campus Security

Our officers patrol the University's estate and also enforce the traffic and parking regulations.

Reception & Telephone

We provide the Penglais Campus Reception and the telephone operator service.
