The Penglais telephone and reception centre is located at the entrance to Penglais Campus just off the A487 into Aberystwyth. The purpose of the centre is to provide a friendly, helpful and professional reception service to visitors and telephone callers. Visitors' guides, maps of campus and prospectuses are available to callers. The reception centre is also shared with University Security.

Opening Hours:

Penglais reception building is open from 08:45 to 17:15 between Monday and Fridays and closed at weekends, bank holidays and other days when the University is closed.

The 222 emergency telephone is directed to Penglais Campus Reception during opening hours and redirected automatically to 999 after hours.
