Jon
received a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science from Aberystwyth University,
graduating with First Class Honours in 2007. In October 2007, he began work on
his PhD, examining the effects of prior exercise on oxygen uptake
kinetics and critical power, under the supervision of Dr Mark Burnley and
Dr Glen Davison.
