Use creative thinking techniques to be more innovative
This module will introduce innovative management techniques, creativity and communication. It will include the development of new products and lateral thinking techniques. The module will contain sessions on creative thinking techniques.
The aim of this module is to introduce the latest thinking on creativity and innovation and to use the latest technology to choose and anlyse alternative business opportunities. The students will be able to improve their creative thinking and management skills in a range of situations.
