Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module students should be able to:
1. You will be able to translate texts from and into Modern Irish at the appropriate level.
2. You will be able to appreciate a selection of texts of the period and understand their place in the history of Irish literature.
3. You will have mastered the most basic elements of the Modern Irish written and spoken language.

Oral and written language study with study of texts in their literary context.
