- 1. Analyse factors influencing the structure of organizations and employment, and their implications for management strategy and employee behaviour.
- 2. Critically evaluate the changing role of management, and the impact of technological change, in the contemporary organization.
- 3. Demonstrate an understanding of the concepts of conflict, control and power.
- 4. Assess the importance of ethical and corporate responsibility constraints for organizational behaviour.
- 5. Identify and assess the importance of managing change for organizational performance and development.

| Sgiliau ymchwil | Students will have to prepare an individual assignment based on data and information that they will have to collect, have to arrange coherently in a written document all the relevant material gathered. Student will need to demonstrate their research skills in preparation for lectures and tutorials, as well as in their group exercises. |
