This module examines the key concepts of Organizational Psychology that are relevant to the design of organizational structure and the leadership and management of people in contemporary organizations

Addasrwydd a gwydnwch	Through a range of exercises and group activities the particpants show their adaptability to changing environments and their resilience through developing and driving change into businesses

Datrys Problemau Creadigol	Students will be introduced to and will work through problem solving issues throughout this module. They will be expected to identify and engage with the problems and issues throughout the course and will be encouraged to push their existing boundaries to answer these questions in creative and innovative ways.
Gallu digidol	Through accessing various sources for reference material, use of word processing skills in the completion of the coursework, development of powerpoint and presentation skills
Meddwl beirniadol a dadansoddol	Students will apply critical thinking skills throughout this module. They will be expected to identify and engage with the problems and issues throughout the course and will be encouraged to push their existing boundaries to answer these questions in creative and innovative ways through the application of analystical skills and critical thinking processes.
Myfyrdod	Students to show awareness of their own learning styles, personal preferences and needs, and identify barriers to learning. Demonstrate self awareness and manage completion of coursework and development of individual research skills.

Synnwyr byd go iawn	Students will have to prepare an individual assignment based on data and information that they will have to collect, have to arrange coherently in a written document all the relevant material gathered. Student will need to demonstrate their research skills and knowledge of businesses in preparation for lectures and tutorials.
