This module provides you with the essential bases for understanding leadership theories and practices in contexts relating to children and young people. It will offer an overview of theoretical frameworks and consider how these are applied in specific contexts. It will provide opportunity to review current regulations and policies that influence children’s education and care and will emphasise the need for partnerships, development and equity.
