I believe that pursuing a PhD is not only about expanding one’s own knowledge, but it is a responsibility to educate the present and future generations through our findings. As quoted by Nelson Mandela, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world”. 

Research

My research area will focus on socio-economic conditions of Indigenous Population in Malaysia. It will stress on the poverty issue of Indigenous population by applying the Multidimensional Poverty Measurement, and to suggest a better policy to improve the living standard of those minorities.
