Additional Items Request Form
Data is collected by the resident who is completing the Additional Items Request Form. This form is for the recording and processing of a residents’ request for additional items being brought into University residences.
The data collected will include (but is not necessarily limited to): full name, contact details, student reference number, address of University residence, signature, item details.
Data provided is stored locally in hard-copy format for a period of no longer than 12 months following the termination of the Accommodation Licence Agreement.
