Profile

After completing her first degree Ruth worked in commercial management in the IT and international banking and financial services industries, responsible through a range of roles for contract negotiation and project management. After her LLM in Aberystwyth she received a scholarship to conduct her PhD research on Contractual Liability for Defective Software and she is now a Lecturer in Law.
She enjoys walking, learning, chocolate, and spending time with her family.

Contracts for supplying information technology and computing systems, drawing on various aspects of contract, commercial and intellectual property law. Business-to-business software contracts. Consumer protection measures for digital content.
