My research interests are broadly two-fold: (1) Internet governance incl. Jurisdictional issues, online intermediaries, defamation, privacy, freedom of speech and restrictions (2) Corporate governance (including Alien Tort Statute, corporate manslaughter, corporate human rights, corporate human rights abuses, corporate personality) I welcome PhD application on any of the above or related areas.Invited Papers (last two years)
